For the second year in a row, the Westberg White Educational Foundation held a golf invitational to raise money to support its purpose of providing high school and community college students with much-needed scholarships. Both years’ events have been held in Yorba Linda at the beautiful Black Gold Golf Course.
Attendees enjoyed delicious food and drinks as well as a raffle and an auction that featured fine wine, a big screen TV, golf equipment, electronics, a “Drive a Maserati for the Weekend Experience” and much more!
BOG Constructions was proud to be one of the many sponsors of this golf invitational, which raised a total of $40,000! This was a large increase from the previous year’s event, so the Foundation was able to triple its student support for this year.
Westberg White Architecture Founder, Paul Westberg, established WWEF in 2018, motivated by a desire to “pay it forward.” Westberg explains: “Over the years, my company has provided full professional services for local community colleges and school districts. During that time, we developed a deep respect for the life-changing work they carry out. Providing these funds is one way we can express our gratitude.”
